For those who are just discovering HomesInEstes.com for the first time, welcome to the most innovative real estate property search in Estes Park! This site was created to serve buyers and sellers interested in real estate information in Estes Park.
HomesInEstes.com is brand new and is a work in progress. While there is more to come eventually, here are a few great features that you can enjoy now.
- Every home, condominium, and piece of land is available through the search with multiple pictures, maps, virtual tours and detailed information without having to log in or submit any kind of personal information.
- We made the search function as easy as possible and added innovative features such as one-click access to all log homes, waterfront homes, and million dollar listings.
- Questions submitted through the site will never be ignored and will be answered as soon as possible. There is even a place to submit an offer right on the detail page of each listing!
- For those who are interested in how the Estes Park real estate market is doing, there is a page dedicated to local real estate statistics updated monthly showing the current state of the market.
- The blog has some great information already posted. Please check out some of the other recent posts
Future features coming soon
- I do have plans to add more functionality to the property search including ways for people to save favorites, be notified of matching listings that come on the market and many other features to make the search experience easier.
- The stats page will also be expanded to include more detailed analysis of what is selling and what isn’t.li>
- The local page will feature more links to local businesses, events and things to do.
- There will be frequent blog posts about real estate both local and in general. The blog will also focus on why Estes Park is a great place to live either full time or just on vacation. I would love to see the blog as a location to exchange ideas and share suggestions. (Hint: that’s what the comment button at the bottom of each post is there for!)
