Consistency has to count for something, right? For each of the last three months, the number of homes sold in Estes Park has been the same number each month. Unfortunately, that number is lower than many people anticipated it would be. We are currently selling less homes and condos per month than we have in any of the previous 4 years.
One glimmer of hope is the number of pending sales in each of the categories. The number of single family homes that are currently pending is more than twice what it was a month ago.
We are still seeing plenty of buyer activity and hopefully this momentum will carry into a successful summer.
Please take a look at the stats page on my web site for more graphical representations of this information. I’d be happy to discuss your personal situation and provide advice if you are considering buying or selling a property in the Estes Park area.
